ABOUT

Sandra Hunter, owner and principle designer at Hunter Home Staging and Design LLC, has been staging homes professionally since 2007.   She has staged more than 500 homes.


Sandra holds a Visual Applied Arts degree from Seattle Central Community College.   Much of her design style and production management skills were developed during more than a decade behind the camera as an Assistant Director, Production Coordinator, and Location Manager on countless film and video productions.


Sandra has a passion for both home design and real estate.   She has owned three homes, and understands and relates to the challenges of putting a home on the market.

    After our initial meeting and viewing of your home, we will bring in the appropriate furniture, lighting, art, and accessories for the style, character, and price point of your home.

    We will create "life-style" staging, targeted towards the potential buyer.


  • You may choose to stage the entire home or just a few key rooms.
  • Prices varies on square footage and price point of the home.
  • Consultation

    We will offer you a professional analysis of your home's marketability and provide suggestions so you can realize the benefits of home staging on your own.

    A room-by-room walk through of your home will be performed to address clutter, furniture placement, lighting, colors, and accessories.


  • Consultation appointments last approximately one to two hours.
